Car
If you are driving from Scheveningen Beach, head east on the Strandweg toward the A44 highway. Merge onto the A44 and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit for A13 toward Rotterdam. After approximately 10 kilometers, take exit 12 toward Rotterdam-Delfshaven. Continue on the road and follow the signs to Mouterbrug, which is located at 3025 XG Rotterdam. There is limited parking available near the location.
Public Transportation
To reach Mouterbrug using public transport, take tram line 1 from the Scheveningen Strand tram stop towards Rotterdam. Ride the tram to the stop at 'Delfshaven'. From there, walk for about 10 minutes towards Mouterbrug, which will be located at 3025 XG Rotterdam. Alternatively, you can take a train from The Hague Central Station to Rotterdam Central Station and then switch to tram line 23 towards 'Woudestein', getting off at 'Delfshaven'. Then, walk to Mouterbrug.
