Once you arrive at Haarlem Station, exit the station and turn left onto the Stationsplein. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the main road, Zijlweg. Cross the road and continue walking straight onto the Groot Heiligland street. The Frans Hals Museum will be on your left at number 62.

From The Hague, take bus line 22 from the bus stop at Den Haag Centraal. Ride for about 35 minutes and get off at the 'Haarlem, Station' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk towards the station entrance, then turn left onto the Stationsplein. Walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes, cross Zijlweg, and continue onto Groot Heiligland.
