If you are starting from the city center (e.g., from the Binnenhof), walk towards the Hofweg and continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Malieveld. Cross over to Malieveld and head towards the Peace Palace. Continue walking along the path until you reach Carnegieplein. The Haags Herdenkingsmonument is located at Carnegieplein, 2517 KJ Den Haag. It should be easily visible as you approach the square.

Board tram line 17 from the central station (Den Haag Centraal) in the direction of 'Scheveningen Noordeinde'. Get off at the 'Carnegieplein' stop. From there, the Haags Herdenkingsmonument is just a short walk away. Exit the tram and head towards the square. The monument will be directly in front of you on Carnegieplein.
