Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from The Hague Central Station, exit the station and head towards the main entrance. Once outside, turn right onto the Stationsweg and walk straight for about 600 meters. You will pass the beautiful 'Plein 1813' signage on your left as you walk towards the intersection with the Spui. At the Spui intersection, cross over to the left side and continue walking straight. After about 200 meters, you will see Plein 1813 ahead of you, a lovely town square with plenty of seating and cafes.

Tram
If you prefer to take public transport, head to the tram stop at The Hague Central Station. Board tram number 1 or tram number 9 towards 'Loosduinen' or 'Scheveningen', respectively. You will travel for about 4 stops. Get off at the 'Spui' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight ahead towards Plein 1813, which is just a 5-minute walk away. You will see the square as you approach, with its inviting atmosphere.

For a more active option, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental spots near The Hague Central Station. Once you have your bike, head south on the Stationsweg, then turn left onto the Westeinde. Continue until you reach the intersection with the Spui, then take a right.
