From The Hague Central Station, take Tram 9 towards 'Scheveningen Noordeinde'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Baden Powelllaan' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Het Park. Simply head west on Baden Powelllaan, and you will find the entrance to the park on your left.

Start at The Hague Central Station and head to the bus terminal outside the station. Take Bus 22 towards 'Havenstraat'. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Baden Powelllaan' stop. Walk north along Baden Powelllaan for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Het Park on your left.
