Turn right onto Wijnhaven, and in about 2 minutes, you will see the Marines Museum on your left at Wijnhaven 7-13.

From The Hague central station, take bus line 32 towards Rotterdam. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the 'Rotterdam, Wijnhaven' stop. From there, walk along Wijnhaven for about 3 minutes, and you will arrive at the Marines Museum located at Wijnhaven 7-13.

If you are in the city center of The Hague, you can walk to the Marines Museum. Start at the Binnenhof and head towards the Hofweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Wijnhaven. Turn left onto Wijnhaven, and after about 15 minutes of walking, you will find the Marines Museum at Wijnhaven 7-13 on your right.
