If you are near the Scheveningen beach area, start by facing the beach. Walk away from the water towards the main road, Strandweg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Neptunusstraat. Turn left onto Neptunusstraat, and proceed for about 500 meters. Muzee Scheveningen will be on your right at Neptunusstraat 90-92.

Public Transport - Tram
From any location in Scheveningen, locate the nearest tram stop. If you are at the beach, you can catch tram line 1 from the Kurhaus stop. Ride towards The Hague City Centre. Get off at the stop called 'Zwarte Pad'. From there, walk straight along Zwarte Pad until it becomes Neptunusstraat. Continue on Neptunusstraat for about 200 meters, and you will find Muzee Scheveningen on your left at Neptunusstraat 90-92. Note that a single tram ticket costs approximately €3.00.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from various rental shops around Scheveningen. Head towards Neptunusstraat by following the coastal path until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Neptunusstraat. Turn left and continue cycling for about 500 meters. Muzee Scheveningen will be on your right at Neptunusstraat 90-92. Renting a bike typically costs around €10-15 per day.
