Walking
From the Scheveningen beach area, head east on the Boulevard towards the Scheveningen Pier. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Zwarte Pad. Turn left onto Zwarte Pad, and walk until you reach the first major intersection. Cross over to the main road, and continue straight onto the Zeestraat. After approximately 10 minutes of walking, you will see Panorama Mesdag on your left at Zeestraat 65.
Public Transport
If you're near the Scheveningen beach area, walk to the nearest tram stop called 'Koningin Astrid Boulevard'. Take tram line 1 towards 'Delft' and get off at the 'Korte Voorhout' stop. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk: head south on Korte Voorhout, then turn right onto the Zeestraat. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and Panorama Mesdag will be on your left at Zeestraat 65. The tram ride will cost approximately €3.20.
