From Utrecht Central Station, take bus line 120 towards Amsterdam. Get off at the last stop, which is Amsterdam Centraal. From there, you can either walk or take a tram to reach the Amsterdam Cheese Museum.

If you are already in Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and walk towards the Damrak, a street that leads from the station to the Dam Square.
