Once at Vredenburg, take the tram line 2 towards 'Bunnik' or line 8 towards 'Utrecht Vaartsche Rijn'. Get off at the 'Haarlem' tram stop. After exiting the tram, walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the 'Botermarkt'.
