    If you are in the center of Utrecht, head towards the Dom Tower (Domtoren) which is a well-known landmark. From there, walk towards the Vredenburg area. You will see signs directing you to the Utrecht Central Station. Once you reach the station, you can take a train directly to Amsterdam. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and walk straight out to the Dam Square (Dam). It is a short 10-minute walk straight down Damrak street.

Make sure to check the departure board for the next train to Amsterdam. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
