Car
If you are driving from the center of Utrechtse Heuvelrug, head west on the N225 towards the A12 motorway. Take the A12 towards Amsterdam. After about 30 kilometers, merge onto the A1 towards Amsterdam. Continue on the A1 for approximately 10 kilometers, then take exit 14 for S101 toward Amsterdam-Noord. Follow the signs for Amsterdam-Noord, and you will see signs for Overhoeks. The destination is located in Amsterdam-Noord, just across the IJ River.
Public Transportation
To reach Overhoeks by public transport, start by taking a bus from Utrechtse Heuvelrug to Utrecht Central Station. From there, take a train to Amsterdam Central Station. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and take the free ferry (Buiksloterweg ferry) across the IJ river towards Amsterdam-Noord. After disembarking the ferry, follow the signs to Overhoeks, which is a short walk from the ferry terminal.
