Public Transport

To reach The Upside Down Amsterdam from Utrecht, start at Utrecht Central Station. Take the intercity train (IC) towards Amsterdam Central Station. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Central Station, exit the station and look for the tram stop. Take tram line 52 (North-South line) in the direction of Zuid. Get off at the 'Zuid' stop. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk. Head south on Zuidplein towards Europaboulevard. Turn right on Europaboulevard, and continue walking until you reach Europaboulevard 5, where The Upside Down is located.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Utrecht. Start at Utrecht Central Station and head southwest on the Vredenburg to connect to the route towards Amsterdam. Follow the signs towards Amsterdam via the designated bike paths. The ride is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your pace. Once you arrive in Amsterdam, head towards Zuid and follow the same route to Europaboulevard 5.

Walking

Walking from Utrecht to Amsterdam is quite a long journey, approximately 45 kilometers, therefore not recommended. However, if you find yourself in a situation where walking is necessary, you would start from Utrecht Central Station and head northwest. Follow the main roads towards Amsterdam, ensuring you have a map or GPS on your phone. This will take several hours, so prepare accordingly with snacks and water.
