Car
If you're driving from the center of Vechtstreek, take the N201 road towards Amsterdam. Follow the signs for A2 and merge onto the A2 highway. Continue on A2 for about 20 kilometers. Take exit 2 toward Amsterdam-Centrum and merge onto Amstel. Follow Amstel until you reach the intersection with the Nieuwe Kerkstraat. Turn right onto Nieuwe Kerkstraat and continue straight. Eventually, you will reach the Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge) on your left, located along the Amstel River.
Public Transportation
To reach Magere Brug using public transportation, start by locating the nearest train station in Vechtstreek. Take the train to Amsterdam Centraal Station. From there, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. Board bus number 22 towards 'Zuid' and get off at the 'Rembrandtplein' stop. From the bus stop, walk south towards the Amstel River. The Magere Brug is a short 10-minute walk along the river, and you will see it as you approach the waterway.
