Car
From Volendam, head east on Havenstraat towards Edam. Continue straight onto Edam-Volendam Road/N517. Follow the N517 for about 10 km, passing through the town of Edam. Merge onto the A7 highway towards Amsterdam. After approximately 7 km, take the exit toward N205/Cruquius. Follow signs for Cruquiusdijk and turn left onto Cruquiusdijk. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach Cruquiusdijk 27, where De Cruquius is located.
Public Transportation
From Volendam, walk to the nearest bus stop at the center of town. Take bus number 110 towards Amsterdam. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at 'Hoofddorp, Station'. Transfer to bus number 340 towards Haarlem. Continue on this bus for about 25 minutes and get off at 'Cruquius, Stop Nieuwerkerk'. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk to Cruquiusdijk 27. Head east on Cruquiusdijk until you reach your destination, De Cruquius.
