If you are driving from anywhere in the Wadden Islands, take the ferry from Terschelling or Ameland to the mainland, and drive towards Amsterdam. Follow the A1 motorway towards Amsterdam. Once in the city, follow signs for 'Centrum' and take the exit towards 'Amsterdam-Centrum'. Continue straight and take a left onto Haarlemmerdijk.
