If you are traveling by car, navigate towards Leeuwarden. Use the A7 motorway and follow the signs to Leeuwarden. Once you arrive in Leeuwarden, take the exit for 'Centrum'. Continue on N359, then turn right onto Wilhelminaplein. The Fries Museum is located at Wilhelminaplein 92, 8911 BS Leeuwarden. Look for parking options nearby, as street parking may incur costs ranging from €1 to €2 per hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, check the local train services to Leeuwarden. If you're coming from nearby towns such as Hoorn or Enkhuizen, take a train to Leeuwarden station. Upon arrival, exit the station and take bus line 4 or 5 towards 'Leeuwarden Centrum'. Get off at the 'Wilhelminaplein' stop, which is a short walk to the Fries Museum.
