Car
If you're driving from Zaanse Schans, head southeast on the N516 towards the A8 motorway. Merge onto A8 and follow signs for Amsterdam. Continue on the A10 ring road and take exit 14 towards S116. After exiting, follow signs towards the city center. Continue straight onto the S116, which will lead you into Amsterdam. Once in the city, keep right at the fork to stay on S116, then merge onto the Haarlemmerweg. Turn right onto the Haarlemmerstraat, then left onto the Oude Leliestraat. You will find Grey Area Coffeeshop at number 2 on your left.
Public Transportation
To reach Grey Area Coffeeshop using public transportation, walk to the nearest bus stop in Zaanse Schans and take bus 391 towards Amsterdam. This will take you to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. From there, transfer to a train heading to Amsterdam Central Station. Once you arrive at Central Station, exit and walk towards the front of the station. From here, it's about a 15-minute walk: head south on Stationsplein, then turn left onto Damrak. Continue straight until you reach the Dam Square, then walk north on Rokin. Turn left onto the Oude Leliestraat, and you will find the coffeeshop at number 2.
