After approximately 20 minutes of driving, take the exit toward S116 and merge onto S116. Continue straight and follow signs for Amsterdam-Centrum. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the Magere Brug, located along the Amstel River.

To reach Magere Brug via public transportation, start at the Zaanse Schans bus stop. Take bus line 391 in the direction of Amsterdam. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Amsterdam, Rembrandtplein' stop. From there, walk south to the Amstel River, and you will see the Magere Brug just a short 10-minute walk away. Follow the riverside path for beautiful views along the way.
