Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Zaanse Schans to Stromma Central Station Canal Cruises, head southeast on the N8 road toward the A8 motorway. Merge onto the A8 and follow signs for Amsterdam. After approximately 15 km, take the exit toward S116/Amsterdam-Centrum. Continue on S116, then follow signs for Centrum. You will arrive at Prins Hendrikkade 38k, Amsterdam. Parking is available nearby, but note that it may incur additional costs.

• Train

  To reach Stromma Central Station Canal Cruises via public transport, first walk to the Zaanse Schans bus stop. Take bus 391 towards Amsterdam and disembark at Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. From there, transfer to a train heading to Amsterdam Centraal. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Upon arrival at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the station and walk to Prins Hendrikkade 38k, which is a short 10-minute walk from the station.

• Bus

  You can also take a direct bus from Zaanse Schans to Amsterdam. Board bus 391 at Zaanse Schans and ride it to Amsterdam Centraal. The bus journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Amsterdam Centraal, exit the bus and walk to Prins Hendrikkade 38k, which is about a 10-minute walk.
