Getting There

  • Car

    From Zaanse Schans, head southeast on the N516. Follow the signs for A8 towards Amsterdam. Merge onto A8 and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit toward A10 Ring Road (Zuid) and continue on A10 for around 6 kilometers. Take the exit for S116 toward Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Follow the signs for the city center and continue onto S100. Drive straight into Amsterdam, and you will reach Damrak, which is located near the central station and is easily accessible. Parking is available in the vicinity but may incur additional costs.

    From Zaanse Schans, walk to the bus stop 'Zaanse Schans' and take Bus 391 towards Amsterdam Sloterdijk. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the station 'Amsterdam, Sloterdijk'.
