    Car

    If you are driving from central Zaanse Schans, head south on the Zaanweg road towards the A8 motorway. Merge onto the A8 and then take the exit towards Amsterdam. Follow the A10 ring road and take exit 14 towards Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Merge onto the Amstelweg (N522) and continue straight. Follow signs for Amsterdam and then turn onto Linnaeusstraat. The Wereldmuseum Amsterdam will be on your right at Linnaeusstraat 2. There is parking available nearby.

    Public Transportation

    From Zaanse Schans, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus line 391 towards Amsterdam. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Amstelstation stop. From Amstelstation, transfer to tram line 19 heading towards Diemen Sniep. Get off at the stop 'Hogeschool van Amsterdam'. Walk east on Linnaeusstraat for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Wereldmuseum Amsterdam located at Linnaeusstraat 2.
