Getting there

Train

If you are starting from Amsterdam Central Station, take a train towards Uitgeest or Alkmaar. The journey takes about 17 minutes. Disembark at Zaandam station. From the station, exit towards the main street (Stationsplein). Follow the signs for 'Zaanse Schans' and walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the Kalverringdijk street. Het Jonge Schaap will be located at Kalverringdijk 31A, on your right.

Bus

From Amsterdam Central Station, take bus number 391 towards Zaanse Schans. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the 'Zaanse Schans' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk straight ahead along the path towards the windmills, and after a few minutes, you'll reach Kalverringdijk. Het Jonge Schaap is located at Kalverringdijk 31A.

Tram

From Amsterdam, take tram line 26 towards Noord. Get off at the stop 'Zaanse Schans'. From there, follow the signs for 'Zaanse Schans'. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Kalverringdijk. Het Jonge Schaap will be on your left at Kalverringdijk 31A.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Amsterdam. Start from the city center and head north towards the Zaan River, following bike paths. The distance is approximately 15 km and takes about 45 minutes. Once you reach Zaandam, follow the signs towards Zaanse Schans. Het Jonge Schaap is located at Kalverringdijk 31A, easily accessible along your route.
