From Utrecht Central Station, take a train to Zaandam. Trains to Zaandam are frequent, so check the schedule on the NS (Dutch Railways) website or app. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Zaandam Station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Zuiddijk).
Walking

After exiting Zaandam Station, walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with the main road (Zuiddijk). Turn left onto Zuiddijk and continue walking for about 500 meters. Then, turn right onto Nicolaasstraat. Zaantheater will be on your left at Nicolaasstraat 3.
Bus

If you prefer to take a bus from Zaandam Station, you can take bus 64 or 65. Board the bus at the bus stop directly outside the station. Get off at the 'Zaantheater' bus stop, which is just a short walk from the theater. The journey should take about 5 minutes.
