Car

If you're driving from Zaanstreek to the Magere Brug in Amsterdam, start by taking the N8 road towards Amsterdam. Follow the N8 until you reach the A8 motorway. Merge onto the A10 ring road heading south. Take exit S113 towards Amsterdam-Centrum. As you approach the city, follow the signs for 'Centrum' and then 'Uithoorn.' Once in the city, navigate using local street signs to reach the Magere Brug. There is paid parking available nearby, so keep an eye out for parking zones.

Public Transportation

To reach the Magere Brug via public transport, start by taking a train from Zaanstreek to Amsterdam Central Station (Amsterdam CS). From the station, exit and find the tram stop for Tram 14. Board Tram 14 in the direction of 'Zandvoort.' After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Rembrandtplein' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk. Head east on Reguliersbreestraat towards the Amstel River. Cross the river at the bridge, and the Magere Brug will be on your left.
