Car
If you're traveling by car, start by navigating to the city of Middelburg, which is centrally located in Zeeland. From Middelburg, take the N57 road towards Vlissingen. Continue on N57 for approximately 10 kilometers. Take the exit toward Ritthem and follow the signs for Ritthem. Once in Ritthem, turn onto Rammekensweg. Fort Rammekens will be on your right. There’s parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

To reach Fort Rammekens using public transportation, first take a train to either Middelburg or Vlissingen. From Middelburg station, take bus line 56 towards Vlissingen. Get off at the stop 'Ritthem, Rammekensweg.' From there, it’s a short walk to Fort Rammekens. If you start from Vlissingen, you can catch bus line 56 directly to Ritthem as well. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited on weekends.
