If you are in the city center of Zwolle, head towards the main train station (Zwolle Station). From there, take bus line 21 heading towards Deventer. Get off at the stop 'Deventer, Broederenplein'. The Broederenplein is just a short walk from the bus stop. As you exit the bus, walk straight towards the square, and you will find yourself at Broederenplein.
