Walking
If you are in the city center of Zwolle, head towards the main square, Grote Markt. From the square, walk northeast towards the Zwarte Water river. You'll find a pedestrian bridge, the Blijbrug, which you should cross. After crossing the bridge, continue straight until you reach the main road, which is the Touwstraat. Turn left onto Touwstraat and follow it until you reach the intersection with the Ruiterlaan. Turn right onto Ruiterlaan and continue walking straight. You will pass several shops and cafes. Finally, look for the signs directing you towards Brink 56, where Museum De Waag is located. It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach your destination.

From Zwolle's main train station, take bus line 1 or 3 towards 'Zevenaar' or 'Berkum'. Get off at the stop 'Grote Markt'. From there, walk northeast towards the Zwarte Water river and proceed to cross the Blijbrug. After crossing, continue on Touwstraat, then turn right onto Ruiterlaan until you reach Brink 56, where Museum De Waag is located. The total journey will take around 30 minutes, including walking.
