Walking
Start at the Boulder City Visitor Center located at 100 Nevada Way. Head east on Nevada Way toward Avenue B. Turn left onto Avenue B and walk straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with US-93. Cross the street carefully at the crosswalk and continue straight on US-93. You'll be walking along a scenic route with views of the surrounding desert landscape. After about 1 mile, look for the sign for Eldorado Canyon Road on your right. Turn right onto Eldorado Canyon Road and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. The pathway may be uneven, so be cautious. As you near the end of Eldorado Canyon Road, you will see the signs leading you to the Eldorado Canyon Head of Steamboat Navigation.

If you have a bicycle, you can start at the Boulder City Bike Path. Head south on the bike path that runs parallel to US-93. Continue on the bike path until you reach the junction with Eldorado Canyon Road. Turn left onto Eldorado Canyon Road and follow it for about 1.5 miles. Be cautious of any traffic as you approach the destination. The Eldorado Canyon Head of Steamboat Navigation is at the end of the road, where you can enjoy the scenic views of the Colorado River.
