From Boulder City, head to the nearest bus stop, located at the intersection of Nevada Way and Colorado Street. Take the RTC Route 201 bus towards Las Vegas. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Tropicana @ Las Vegas Blvd' bus stop. From there, walk north along Las Vegas Boulevard for about 10 minutes. You will see Hershey's Chocolate World at 3790 S Las Vegas Blvd on your left.
Bicycle

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Boulder City. Start your ride by heading south on Nevada Way. Follow it until you reach the intersection with US-93. Turn left onto US-93 and follow it until you see the bike path that leads towards Las Vegas. Continue on this path which will eventually merge with Las Vegas Boulevard. Once you reach Las Vegas Boulevard, ride north for about 1.5 miles, and Hershey's Chocolate World will be on your left at 3790 S Las Vegas Blvd.
