From the center of Boulder City, head to the nearest bus stop located at 1000 Nevada Way. Board the RTC Route 201 bus heading towards Las Vegas. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Tropicana Ave & Las Vegas Blvd. Transfer to the RTC Route 202 bus heading north. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop near the Las Vegas Live Comedy Club located at 3663 S Las Vegas Blvd. The venue is in the V Theater complex on the third floor.

Starting from the Boulder City Visitor Center, head east on Nevada Way. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with US-93. Turn left onto US-93 and follow the road for about 7 miles toward Las Vegas. Once you reach the Las Vegas Strip, continue on Las Vegas Blvd until you reach 3663 S Las Vegas Blvd. The Las Vegas Live Comedy Club is located in the V Theater on the third floor.

If you're up for a longer walk, start from the Boulder City Library at 701 Adams Blvd. Walk east on Adams Blvd for about 1 mile until you reach Nevada Way. Turn right onto Nevada Way and continue straight for another mile until you reach the US-93 intersection. Cross the highway and follow the pedestrian path towards Las Vegas. Stay on Las Vegas Blvd for about 8 miles until you arrive at 3663 S Las Vegas Blvd. The comedy club is situated in the V Theater complex on the third floor.
