    From the Boulder City Transit Center, take the Route 202 bus towards Las Vegas. Stay on the bus for about 40 minutes until you reach the stop at the intersection of US-95 and Searchlight. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1 mile south along US-95 until you reach Nelson Cutoff Road. Follow Nelson Cutoff Road for about 3 miles until you arrive at Nelson Ghost Town.

    Start at the Boulder City Parks and Recreation Center located at 900 Arizona Street. Head west on Arizona Street until you reach Nevada Way. Turn left on Nevada Way and continue south until you reach the intersection with US-93. Merge onto US-93 heading south and follow it for about 4 miles. Turn right onto Nelson Cutoff Road and continue for another 3 miles until you reach Nelson Ghost Town.

  • Walking

    If you’re up for a hike, start at the Boulder City Library located at 701 Adams Blvd. Head south on Adams Blvd to reach Nevada Way. Turn right on Nevada Way and walk south until you reach the intersection with US-93. Continue south on US-93 for approximately 4 miles. Afterward, turn right onto Nelson Cutoff Road and walk for another 3 miles to arrive at Nelson Ghost Town.
