Getting There

• Public Bus

  From Carson City, head to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of Carson St and 5th St. Board the Virginia City bus (Route 21) operated by the Carson Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO). The bus will take you directly to Virginia City. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Virginia City Main Street stop. From there, walk east on E Street for about 5 minutes until you reach 111 E St, the location of Saint Mary In the Mountains.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the local bike rental shops in Carson City. Start your journey by heading east on Williams St, then take a right onto Carson St. Follow Carson St north until you reach the Virginia City Highway (NV-341). Continue on NV-341 for about 12 miles until you reach Virginia City. Upon entering Virginia City, turn left onto E Street and continue for a few blocks until you reach 111 E St, where Saint Mary In the Mountains is located.

Start from the Nevada State Capitol, located at 101 N Carson St. Walk north on Carson St until you reach the intersection with E 5th St. Turn left onto E 5th St and continue until you reach the Virginia City Highway (NV-341). Follow the highway north for approximately 12 miles, enjoying the scenic views. Once you arrive in Virginia City, take a right onto E Street and walk for a few minutes until you arrive at 111 E St, where you will find Saint Mary In the Mountains.
