Head south on US-95 S for approximately 33 miles until you reach the junction with NV-140 W. Turn left onto NV-140 W and continue for about 12 miles. Then, take a right onto NV-775 N and drive for approximately 15 miles. Finally, you will reach Humboldt National Forest, located at the coordinates (40.395485, -115.506719). Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks, as amenities are limited in the forest.

Once you arrive in Winnemucca, you will need to rent a car, as public transportation options to Humboldt National Forest are limited.
