Get off at the 'Tropicana Ave & Las Vegas Blvd' stop. From there, walk towards the Excalibur Hotel (approximately 5 minutes) by heading south on Las Vegas Blvd and turning left onto Excalibur Way. The Tournament of Kings is located inside the Excalibur Hotel.
