Car
If you are driving from Las Vegas, take I-15 N from the airport or downtown area. Merge onto US-93 N toward Ely. After about 70 miles, take the exit for US-95 N toward Tonopah. Continue on US-95 N for about 90 miles until you reach Amargosa Valley. The Area 51 Alien Center will be on your right at 5388 US-95. Allow approximately 1.5 to 2 hours for this trip depending on traffic.
Car
If starting from Reno, take I-80 E toward Winnemucca. After about 150 miles, take the exit for US-95 S toward Tonopah. Continue on US-95 S for approximately 210 miles until you reach Amargosa Valley. The Area 51 Alien Center is on your left at 5388 US-95. This drive will take around 3-4 hours.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options to the Area 51 Alien Center are limited. From Las Vegas, you can take a Greyhound bus to Pahrump, and then arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to the Alien Center, which is about 40 miles away. Note that this may require planning ahead, as bus schedules may not align perfectly with your travel times.
Taxi/Rideshare
If you are in the Las Vegas area and want to visit the Area 51 Alien Center without a car, you can use rideshare services like Uber or Lyft. Just enter the destination as 5388 US-95, Amargosa Valley, NV. Expect the fare to be approximately $100-$150 one way depending on surge pricing and traffic.
Bus
For those interested in an adventurous route, consider taking a Greyhound bus to Tonopah and then hitch a ride or find taxi services to the Area 51 Alien Center. However, please be aware that this may take longer and require more coordination, as the bus schedules are limited.
