If you are starting from the Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, head south on Ash Meadows Road for about 3 miles. Continue straight as Ash Meadows Road turns into Point of Rocks Springs Trail. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Point of Rock Springs Trailhead. The trailhead will be on your left side, and you can park in the designated area.

Currently, public transportation options directly to Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge are limited. However, if you are in nearby Pahrump, take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach the refuge. From Pahrump, head northwest on NV-160 for approximately 22 miles, then turn onto Ash Meadows Road. Follow Ash Meadows Road for about 3 miles until it becomes Point of Rocks Springs Trail, and look for the trailhead on your left. Be aware that taxi fares can vary, so check the estimated price before your trip.
