Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, start from the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center. Head west on W Charleston Blvd (NV-159) for approximately 4.5 miles. After the entrance to the conservation area, continue straight on the Scenic Loop Drive. Follow the loop for about 5 miles until you reach the Petroglyph Wall parking area, which is located on the left side of the road. Look for the designated parking signs for Petroglyph Wall.

  • Public Transportation

    Currently, there is no direct public transportation to the Petroglyph Wall within Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. However, you can take a public bus (RTC Bus Route 203) to the nearest stop, which is at the entrance of the conservation area. From there, you will need to either walk or use a rideshare service to reach the Petroglyph Wall. The walk from the entrance to Petroglyph Wall is about 2.5 miles along the Scenic Loop Drive, which may take approximately 45-60 minutes.

    If you prefer to walk from the Scenic Loop Drive, park your vehicle at the nearest parking area, then head along the designated trails towards the Petroglyph Wall.
