From the entrance of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, head southeast on NV-159 E (Blue Diamond Rd). Continue for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with S Las Vegas Blvd (US-93). Turn left onto S Las Vegas Blvd and continue for about 4 miles. Then, turn right onto E Flamingo Rd. After about 1 mile, you will find Tuscany Suites & Casino on your right at 255 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169.

Start by taking the Red Rock Canyon Shuttle from the visitor center to the nearest bus stop in the area. Once you reach the stop, transfer to the RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) bus route 201 towards the Las Vegas Strip. Stay on the bus until you reach the Flamingo & Las Vegas stop. From there, it’s a short walk east on E Flamingo Rd for about 0.5 miles until you reach Tuscany Suites & Casino at 255 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169.
