If you are traveling by car, take the I-15 N highway toward Las Vegas. Exit at NV-147 (Lake Mead Blvd) and follow the signs for Lake Mead. Continue on NV-147 for about 12 miles. You will see signs for the Las Vegas Skyline View as you approach the area. You can park your car on the side of the road near the viewpoint. Note that there are no parking fees in this area.

Public Transportation
To reach the Las Vegas Skyline View via public transportation, take the RTC bus route 109 from the Strip to the downtown area. Transfer to route 213 at the downtown bus terminal. Stay on route 213 until you reach the nearest stop to NV-147. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the viewpoint. Be sure to check the RTC website for the latest schedules and fares. A one-way fare is approximately $2, and you can purchase a pass for unlimited rides for a day for about $8.
