Car
If you are driving from the Las Vegas Strip, start by heading southwest on S Las Vegas Blvd toward W Flamingo Rd. Continue straight onto NV-159 W (Blue Diamond Rd) for approximately 15 miles. You'll pass by the Las Vegas Valley and some residential areas. Once you reach the junction with NV-159, continue on NV-159 for about 5 miles until you see the signs for Red Rock Canyon. The entrance to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area will be on your left at 3205 NV-159, Las Vegas, NV 89161. There is an entrance fee of $15 per vehicle.

For those relying on public transportation, start at the Las Vegas Strip and take the SDX (Strip & Downtown Express) bus towards the South Strip Transit Terminal. From there, transfer to the 203 bus towards Blue Diamond and get off at the Blue Diamond & Las Vegas Blvd stop. You will need to walk approximately 3 miles from this stop to reach Red Rock Canyon Overlook. It is advisable to use a rideshare service or taxi from the bus stop to the overlook, as walking the distance may not be practical.
