If you're in the heart of Sparks, start by heading south on Victorian Avenue towards the intersection with Pyramid Way. Once you reach Pyramid Way, turn right and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the bus stop at the intersection of Pyramid Way and Galletti Way. From here, you can take the RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) bus Route 11 towards Reno.

Board the RTC bus Route 11 at the Pyramid Way and Galletti Way stop. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at 4th St and Virginia St in Reno. Once you disembark, walk west on 4th Street for two blocks until you reach Virginia Street. Turn left onto Virginia Street and continue for about 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with Flint Street. Turn right onto Flint Street, and Lake Mansion will be on your left at 201-231 Flint St.

For a more direct walking route from Sparks, head south on Victorian Avenue and continue straight until you reach the Truckee River. Cross the river on the pedestrian bridge and follow the Riverwalk Trail west. After about 1 mile, you will come to a section where the trail leads you to Flint Street. Turn right on Flint Street, and Lake Mansion will be located at 201-231 Flint St, Reno.
