From Sparks, you can catch the RTC RIDE bus at the nearest stop on Victorian Ave. Board the bus heading towards downtown Reno. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop at 4th St and Lake St. From there, walk one block south on Lake St, and the Old Reno Arch will be on your right at 1 Lake St.
