Car
If you are driving, head towards Carson City. From Reno, take I-580 S for about 30 minutes. Merge onto US-395 S and continue for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 13 for US-395 S toward Carson City. Continue on US-395 S, then take the exit toward Carson St. Merge onto N Carson St. The Nevada State Museum will be on your right at 600 N Carson St, Carson City, NV 89701.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the RTC RIDE bus service from Reno. You can catch the Route 1 bus from downtown Reno, which goes directly to Carson City.
