From Boulouparis, head southwest on Route de Boulouparis toward Route de la Rivière. Continue on this road for about 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection. Take a left onto Route de l'Anse Vata, which will lead you towards Nouméa. Follow the signs for Nouméa, and after approximately 15 kilometers, you will see signs for Ouen Toro. Turn right onto Rue de la Baie des Citrons and follow the road as it winds up to the mountain. There are parking areas available once you reach the summit. Note that you'll have to pay a small fee for parking.

Begin by taking a local bus from Boulouparis to Nouméa. The bus station in Boulouparis is located at the center of town. You can catch bus number 15 or 20, which operates regularly and will take you directly to Nouméa. The fare is approximately 300 XPF (CFA francs). Once in Nouméa, transfer to another bus that heads towards Ouen Toro. Look for bus lines that indicate 'Ouen Toro' on their route. The fare for this second leg is also around 300 XPF.
