If you are in the center of Hienghène, start at the central square near the church. From there, head northeast on Rue de la République towards the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront until you see a small path leading to the right. Follow this path, which will take you through some lush greenery, and keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Poule couveuse de Hienghène. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the entrance of Poule couveuse de Hienghène, located at coordinates 8XC4+4Q4.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Hienghène. Start your journey at the main plaza and head towards the beachfront, following the coastal road. Keep to the bike lane as you ride along the shore. After approximately 20 minutes, you will notice a sign for Poule couveuse de Hienghène on your left. Take the path that diverges from the road, and continue until you reach the nature preserve.
