From Koumac town center, head south on Route Tjibaou. Continue for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Route de Corne de Koumac. Turn right onto this road; this will lead you towards Corne de Koumac. Follow the road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the base of the mountain. Note that the road can be rough in some sections, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended. Parking is available at the trailhead.
