Getting There

Walking
From the center of La Foa, head to the bus stop located near the La Foa market. Take bus number 4 towards Nouméa. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may vary. Once you reach the terminus in Nouméa, disembark and head southwest on Rue de l'Anse Vata towards Rue du R.P. Roman. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes, and you will find Château Hagen on your left. Look for its distinctive architecture and sculptures.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in La Foa. Head towards the main road leading to Nouméa. Follow Route Tjibaou which will take you south. Upon entering Nouméa, turn onto Rue de l'Anse Vata and continue until you reach Rue du R.P. Roman. Château Hagen will be on your left after about 3 kilometers from the main road junction. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.
