Walking
From the city center of Nouméa, head towards the waterfront. Start at Place des Cocotiers, which is a central square. Walk southeast towards Rue de l'Anse Vata. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Rue des Frères. Turn left and continue walking until you reach the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade along the coast until you get to the intersection with Rue du Docteur Guégan. Turn left onto Rue du Docteur Guégan and continue walking straight. You will soon see signs directing you to Fontaine Céleste, which will be near PCHR+HM7. The landmark is located in the Centre Ville area, so keep an eye out for local signage.
Public Transportation
From the main bus terminal in Nouméa, take bus line 4 towards Anse Vata. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Rue de l'Anse Vata. Disembark and walk towards Rue des Frères. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade. Follow the promenade along the coast, then turn left onto Rue du Docteur Guégan. Continue walking in this direction, and you will see signs for Fontaine Céleste near the address PCHR+HM7. The total journey should take around 30-40 minutes using public transport and walking.
