From the center of Touho, head southwest on Route territoriale 1 (RT1) towards the town of Koutio. Follow RT1 for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach Dumbéa. As you approach Dumbéa, look for signs indicating Ancienne Voie Férrée. Turn left onto Ancienne Voie Férrée. Continue along this road for about 3 kilometers until you find TONGHOUE TUNNEL, located at the coordinates RF5J+VPR. Make sure to park in designated areas.
